  (i) Home visits by specialist, nurse etc.               
                     Routine visits by medical specialists, nurse or physiotherapist to follow up the patient’s medical status will be provided. This will be extremely helpful to paralytic patients and their relatives.

  (ii)     Laboratory tests taken in the comfort of patient’s home.                 
                      Laboratory test may be done for patients at their homes by reaching the paramedical/technicians at their door, this will especially be helpful for the bed ridden and their relatives.

  (iii)   Emergency visits on call           
                      During an emergency or crisis medical help can be reached to the spot. This service may be availed 24 hours and 7 days a week.    

  (iv) Home nurse care for the bed-ridden.

  This service of nursing care for the bed ridden to give bath, bed care, wound care or post surgical care can be availed on visiting basis in homes where the relatives have difficulty caring for the sick or bed ridden.

  This support group aims at helping the alcoholic fight the urge to have the drink by the support of the group members. The group is led and organised by individuals who were having problems with alcohol but they are cured.
  
  The AA intends to help the alcoholic feel the worth of life. Awareness and revival, counselling and therapy by experts will be given.

  Separate groups for male and female will be formed. This will be led by a therapist or psychologist.
  
  The members of the group are helped to overcome their fear.  They are helped to ventilate their feelings and are helped to deal with the problem at emotional, social and personal level with the support of the group members undergoing the same difficulties.
  Guidelines and advice by medical specialists to give better awareness of the problem and how to deal with it will be given.
